Where are you?

The Hotel is located on the southern coast of the Pesaro seafront, a few steps from the famous "Palla di Pomodoro" and the city center.

Where can I park my car?

The Hotel has a private parking inside the fence. Places are limited, so reservations are recommended at a cost of € 7.00 per day. Outside the structure it is possible to use the free public parking lots.

What if I arrive by train?

The station is about 2.5 km from the hotel, connected by the city taxi service at a cost of € 10.00 (starting from) or by public transport bus n. 60 stop at 50 meters Trento Sud 1 (Rosselli), bus n. 40 stop at 100 meters Trento Sud 1 (Verdi).

Check in: from what time is the room I booked available?

The rooms and all services are guaranteed from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. For arrivals before or after departures after the indicated time, check availability at Reception and any additional costs for Day Use or extra meals.
For check-in it is necessary to present the documents of all the components of the reservation.

How can I pay?

At check-out, a Fiscal Receipt is issued, for the invoice it is possible to request the invoice before issuing the account and provide the complete company name data. It is possible to pay for the stay with cash (for amounts not exceeding € 3,000.00), checks, debit cards or Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
The tourist tax is never included in the total of the estimate and inserted separately in the account, it must be regulated directly on site according to current legislation.

What happens if we have to cancel the reservation or leave earlier than expected?

L’hotel prevede la restituzione dell’intero importo della caparra in caso di disdetta comunicata entro 31 giorni dalla data di arrivo. Per gli annullamenti oltre tale data viene trattenuta l’intera caparra come penalità e per partenze anticipate viene richiesto il saldo totale del soggiorno.

What are the opening hours of your restaurant?

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, Lunch starts from 12:30 (with the possibility of entering the room until 13:00) and Dinner from 19:30 (with the possibility of entering the room until 20:00). All meals are served at our Astoria Restaurant.

Who about family and little children services?

On request, we can provide camping cots or safety rails in the room, at the Astoria Restaurant we have a baby bottle corner.

When does the Full Board treatment start?

The Full Board treatment is intended from lunch on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure: any meals not taken will not be refunded.

I have problems with food intolerances ...

At our restaurant we have a GLUTEN FREE corner, our Chef is available for other needs.

How are the drinks in the Bar managed?

Drinks from the Bar are always considered extra. It is possible to charge for in-room drinks and pay at the end of the stay.

Is the internet available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel.

Do you accept pets and with what rules?

Yes, of small size and good education, they are welcome. However, it is not possible to let them access the restaurant, the beach, the swimming pool and the sun terrace.

The beach is 3 km from our hotel and can be reached with a free shuttle (July and August).

Are there any behavioral rules to follow?

It is not allowed to walk around the hotel in costume and it is required to always show up at the restaurant dressed decently.
Please keep the volume of the TV in the room low, so as not to disturb other guests.
Please always behave appropriately, dignified and civil towards the staff, furnishings and other guests and do not use bad language.

What kind of beach is there in Pesaro?

The beach is of fine sand, wide and very suitable for children because it has a very gently sloping seabed.

How can I make arrangements for uneaten meals?

Meals not consumed can be replaced, on request, with travel baskets, they are neither REFUNDABLE nor exchangeable with other meals.
